• For smog inspections, what your DMV renewal notice says (for example, whether a STAR station is required)
• For warranty work, the name of your extended warranty or service contract provider
• The best time of day to reach you

What Happens Next

After we receive your request, our team will review it and contact you to discuss your vehicle and arrange a time to bring it in. Before any work begins, you receive a written estimate, and no repairs are performed without your authorization. If we find something else that needs attention while working on your vehicle, we'll explain it and ask for your approval first.
